About The Moving On Project

We provide free, confidential counselling to young people in Fareham, Gosport, and surrounding areas, empowering them to navigate mental health challenges and personal growth.

Our Work with Young People

We primarily support young people aged 11–25 in Gosport and Fareham, and offer limited sessions in Portsmouth. Young people can self-refer, or be referred with their consent. Call us on 01329 822 331 to get started.
