Treasurer - Board of Trustees
We are seeking an experienced Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees. This strategic role involves financial oversight, budget planning, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of our mental health services for young people.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Experience in charity finance or non-profit sector
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Commitment to attend quarterly board meetings
Accredited Counsellors
Join our team of professional counsellors providing essential mental health support to young people aged 11-25. We offer competitive rates, flexible working arrangements, and comprehensive professional support.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified to degree/diploma level in counselling or psychotherapy
- Current membership of BACP, UKCP, HACP or equivalent professional body
- Experience in person-centred/integrative counselling models
- Enhanced DBS clearance required
- Experience working with young people preferred
Student Counsellor Placements
We provide supervised placement opportunities for trainee counsellors in their final year of study. Students receive mentorship from our Clinical Supervisor and gain valuable experience working with young people in a supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in accredited counselling training programme
- Minimum 200 hours of supervised practice required
- Commitment to work with young people aged 11-25
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Available for minimum 6-month placement
Community Fundraising Coordinator
Help us expand our fundraising efforts through community engagement, event coordination, and partnership development. This flexible role is perfect for someone passionate about mental health advocacy with strong networking skills.

- Experience in fundraising, marketing, or community engagement
